Jia Jiun Ng

Jia Jiun Ng has a diverse background in various roles within the technology industry. Their most recent position is with GBST as a Technical Product Analyst, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Jia Jiun co-founded UpHeave Co in May 2020 and served as a Co-Founder until April 2022. In this role, they were involved in cash flow management, market competition analysis, seed funding, and resource planning.

Before co-founding UpHeave Co, Jia Jiun worked at SportsTG Pty Ltd - a Stack Sports Company, starting in October 2016. They initially held the position of STG Developer/Tester, where they contributed to various aspects of the technical delivery process, including software development, testing, CMS build and design, and rapid prototyping. They also collaborated with agile teams, developed quality test cases and scripts, executed test scripts, and provided feedback on results. Prior to SportsTG, Jia Jiun worked at SeeSharp Group as a Contract Web Developer from September 2016 to March 2017. In this role, they developed and distributed mobile applications to the AppStore, constructed websites, conducted data analytics and visualization, and performed web tracking analysis.

Jia Jiun also has experience as an IT Developer Assistant at SeeSharp in July 2016 and as a Postgraduate Project Associated Student (Software Developer & Business Analyst) at ANZ from March 2015 to June 2015. In the latter role, they were involved in a greenfield project, developing an ecosystem API for secure collaboration and file sharing with third parties through IBM Bluemix.

In 2011 to 2012, Jia Jiun Ng attended Taylor's University and earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a focus on Computer Science.

From 2013 to 2015, Jia Jiun Ng studied at RMIT University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.

Later, from 2015 to 2016, Jia Jiun Ng pursued further education at RMIT University and completed a Master of Computer Science degree in the field of Computer Science.

In 2018 to 2019, Jia Jiun Ng attended Choice Business College, where they obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Business Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jia Jiun Ng has obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they completed the "BF10108 - Preventing Conflicts of Interest: Ethical Conduct" course from Litmos Healthcare (formerly BridgeFront). In the same month, they also obtained the "Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption" certification from the same institution. In October 2018, Jia Jiun Ng obtained certifications in "Leveraging Diversity and Strengths in the Workplace," "What is Diversity and Inclusion," and "Your Unique Diversity in the Workplace" from Litmos Healthcare. They also hold an Asana Certified Pro certification from Asana, obtained in April 2020. Most recently, in November 2022, Jia Jiun Ng completed the Gallup Successful Strengths Coach Course, earning a certificate from Gallup.
