Weronika Lach is an experienced HR and Employer Branding Specialist currently working at creativestyle since February 2022, where responsibilities have expanded from an assistant role to a specialist role while contributing to the recruitment processes in the Smile Poland branch. Additionally, Lach serves as a Recruitment Specialist at Smile Open Source Solutions since April 2023. As a Small Business Owner of Plantastick since August 2020, Weronika manages the production and retail of plant accessories.
