Carmen Parge

Carmen Parge has over 10 years of work experience in the fields of Human Resources and Employer Branding. Carmen began their career in 2011 as an Intern in Human Resources and Marketing & Business Development at EY. Carmen then progressed to Campus Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist, where they created and implemented the employer branding strategy, designed and created graduates and interns recruitment campaigns, and managed graduates recruitment processes. In 2016, they moved to GfK as a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist. Later that same year, they joined FAIST Mekatronic as Staffing, Talent, and Employer Branding Team Leader and Internal Communication & Employer Branding Specialist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Creatopy as HR Manager and Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist.

Carmen Parge has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from Universitatea “Emanuel” din Oradea, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Carmen then obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ASE Bucuresti from 2011 to 2013. Most recently, they obtained an Employer Branding Professional certification from Employer Branding Academy from 2016 to 2021, and a Diploma issued by Employer Branding Academy from Universum in November 2021.
