Roxana Ciausu

Roxana Ciausu has been working in the marketing and customer service industry since 2015. Roxana began their career at SYKES as a Customer Support Representative, then moved on to become a Mentor/Product Specialist and a Back-End Mentor/Supply Chain Specialist. In 2019, they joined Creatopy as an Email Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for managing daily email operations and production, creating HTML emails, and facilitating email sends. Roxana also joined Nidec Industrial Solutions as a Marketing Intelligence Analyst & Sales Support, where they were responsible for data analysis, daily contact with the sales team, daily reporting activities, CRM administration and support, creating reports, monitoring key customers, competitors, and market segment trends, and data analysis and verification of 3rd party market information.

Roxana Ciausu completed their Master's degree in Economics at the University of Oradea between 2012 and 2017.
