Matt Czapar

Matt Czapar has extensive work experience in engineering and firmware roles. Matt most recently worked as the Director of Engineering at Creator and previously held the same role at Latch. Prior to that, they were a Senior Engineering Manager at Cruise and the Director of Firmware at PAX Labs, Inc. Matt also has a strong background in firmware engineering at Apple, where they served as a Firmware Engineering Manager and Firmware Engineer. Matt began their career as a Lead Embedded Engineer at Eaton Corporation and later worked as a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation, where they focused on designing and developing database access methods and data structures.

Matt Czapar earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matt attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
