Anastasiia Chykalova

Anastasiia Chykalova has several years of experience in the field of technology and quality assurance. Anastasiia started their career at the Institute of Complex Systems in 2014 as a QA Student, where they performed functional and regression testing and created test documentation. Anastasiia then worked as a QA Engineer at TecSynt Solutions, focusing on mobile applications and performing various types of testing. In 2014, Anastasiia also worked as a QA Engineer at Upwork, where they continued to gain experience in QA testing. Anastasiia then joined SROST Studio as a QA Engineer and later transitioned to Waze, where they served as a QA Tech Lead. In 2017, Anastasiia joined CreatorIQ as a Senior Technical Support Manager, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the quality of IT services. In 2021, they became the Lead of Tech Product Support in Ukraine at CreatorIQ. Throughout their career, Anastasiia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in QA testing and their dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

Anastasiia Chykalova obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Kharkiv National University of Karazina between the years 2010 and 2015. Anastasiia also holds additional certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert (obtained in 2021) and the Test Analysts School certification from Quality Lab (obtained in 2016).
