Onome Igharoro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting from 2009, Onome worked at Amec Foster Wheeler, initially as an Assistant Analyst, then as an Associate Analyst, and eventually as a Project Manager / Analyst. In 2010, Onome founded Sterling Games Inc. and served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2015. During this time, Onome also founded Robot Playtime, where they transformed old smartphones into programmable robots for K-12 students to learn STEM. Onome equipped over 50 schools with STEM programs and curriculum, reaching an impressive 200,000 students globally. In 2015, Onome joined TimePlay Inc. as a Technical Lead, initially focusing on mobile applications and later transitioning to a Technical Lead role in platform engineering. Currently, Onome occupies the position of Chief Technology Officer at Creatubbles™ starting from 2019.

Onome Igharoro pursued their education in the field of Mechatronics & Robotics. They completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with Distinction at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2009. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they furthered their education at the same university by obtaining a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree with a specialization in Mechatronics & Robotics.
