Filippo Maceratesi is a Doctoral Student at CREB UPC - Research Centre for Biomedical Engineering since May 2022, where the current PhD thesis involves developing a simulation framework for predicting assisted human gait using optimal control techniques and a patient-specific musculoskeletal model. Previously, Filippo worked as a Project Coordinator at Rizzani de Eccher from October to December 2021, assisting in project management tasks, including cost control and technical drawing updates using Autodesk Revit. Experience also includes an internship in commercial and airline planning at JetBlue Airways, where coding and analyzing promotional emails were primary responsibilities, and a summer internship at Fideuram Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., focusing on document organization and data entry. Filippo holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, obtained in July 2021.
