Lauren Dussault has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Lauren is currently the Chief Banking Officer at cred.ai, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Beneficial Bank from 2013 to 2019, where they served as the Head of Retail Operations and was responsible for leading a team of over 70 people. Lauren'srole involved overseeing various operations, such as Debit/ATM Card Services, Wires, ACH, Lockbox, Check/Item Processing, and more. During their time at Beneficial Bank, they achieved significant cost savings through contract renegotiation, process re-engineering, and operational efficiencies. Furthermore, they played a key role in successfully navigating the bank through an acquisition.
Before joining Beneficial Bank, Lauren worked at JPMorgan Chase from 2004 to 2013, where they held the role of Senior Business Operations Manager. In this role, they focused on improving customer experience by leading a comprehensive Customer Complaint Resolution program. Lauren also served as a Customer Advocate for Chase Community and Consumer Banking, facilitating issue identification, resolution, and elimination.
Prior to their tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Lauren worked as a Manager at First North American National Bank from 2000 to 2004. Lauren began their career as a Finance Trainee at Circuit City Stores, Inc in 1996 and worked there until 1999.
Lauren Dussault obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from James Madison University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
