Shashank Gupta

Shashank Gupta is a Software Engineer 2 at CRED since December 2022, previously serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Airtel Digital from June 2020 to December 2022. During this tenure, Shashank was recognized twice with the Spirit of Collaboration Award for contributions to app backend journeys and enhancements in microservices, leading to improved system availability and customer retention. Shashank also worked on the Offer Card Engine project, which aimed to personalize user experiences through targeted campaigns. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Airtel X Labs in June 2019, where Shashank developed a scheduler for the CMS team to optimize SEO for marketing pages.
