Amr Rashdan

Amr Rashdan, LL.M., is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of law, particularly in corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as the Legal Affairs Senior Manager at Cred Developments since September 2020, Amr has previously held significant roles including Legal Manager and Senior Corporate Lawyer at Castle Development, and Senior Legal Officer at Maxim Investment Group. Amr's career also includes positions as Legal Advisor at Bayt El Khebra Group and Legal Counsel at Rahtk Company for Multi Services, along with running a personal law firm from 2009 to 2016. Amr Rashdan holds a Master of Laws in Private Law from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor of Laws from Bany Swif University, complemented by foundational education from Gamal Abdel Nasser Military High School and Sisters Of St. Michael School.
