Shane Beeson

Shane Beeson has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Shane began their career in 2000 as a Senior Manager at Reis. In 2001, they became the Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC). Shane then joined Trepp, LLC in 2009 as an Associate Vice President. In 2013, they began working for Pierce-Eislen as a Sales Executive and for Morningstar as Vice President of Sales, Structured Credit and Analytics Services. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Sales at Lowers & Associates. In 2020, they began working for Hanley Wood as Director of Business Development and for CRED iQ as Head of Sales.

Shane Beeson attended Rhodes College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
