Kapil Kapoor

Kapil Kapoor is the current Chief Technology Officer at CredAble. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Loylogic from July 2019 to August 2022.

At Loylogic, Kapil was part of the executive team and reported directly to the CEO. Kapil led the company's global engineering, product definition, innovation, user experience, cybersecurity, IT, and technology operations. Kapil provided the technology vision for the company's innovative solutions and leadership in all technical aspects of the business. In addition, they spearheaded the technology roadmap and solution scaling with engineering teams based in India, Bulgaria, Romania, and Latvia. Kapil set up the sites in East Europe for Loylogic in 2021.

Kapil has led a profound transformation of old technology solutions into a modern cloud-native platform with API design. They are now developed using the best of the Everything-as-code, Continuous Delivery, and Lean-Agile practices. Kapil has set up the organization for transformation of its technology stack into a composable enterprise architecture. It will massively reduce the TCO by 50% and introduce new scalability to the business through the rapid further digitalization of its global operations.
