Neil Williams

Neil Williams serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Credas since May 2025, focusing on scaling technology operations and enhancing governance while leading a team to innovate customer experiences through AI integration in SaaS offerings. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Interim CTO at Sero from November 2024 to June 2025, where responsibilities included developing the technology strategy for a new Energy Services initiative and restructuring the technology team for improved governance and operational efficiency. Neil's experience includes serving as VP of Engineering at Alcumus and Head of Technology at ActiveQuote, along with a long tenure at BT that spanned over two decades in various managerial and technical roles, including establishing a Digital Content Centre of Excellence. Neil holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cardiff University.
