Ishtiyaq Kasu has over 24 years’ experience designing, deploying and administrating complex support functions that deliver infrastructure, ensure stability and provide the physical and virtual backbone of BPO and KPO enterprises. As the CIO, Ishtiyaq creates system platform roadmap and manages the infrastructure to enhance business functionality and keep it compliant, including software development and information security. At Credence, he is accredited with successful design, development and deployment for our technology platforms for healthcare and telecommunication providers. As Chief Administrative Officer, he directs human resources department which includes recruitment, training and administration functions.
