Saahil Kumar

Saahil Kumar has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, training, and administration. Saahil started their career as a Customer Service Representative at WNS Global Services in 2001 and then moved on to roles such as Supervisor - Quality at Convergys, Training and Development Manager at Tracmail India Pvt Ltd, and finally, Vice President at Credence Resource Management, LLC. Saahil has shown a progression in their career path from front-line roles to senior leadership positions with a focus on HR, training, and quality management.

Saahil Kumar obtained a B.Sc. degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from the University of Mumbai in 2001. Saahil then pursued an MBA in HR from Kaizen School of Business Management, completing it in 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur and Green Belt in Continuous Improvement from Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd.
