Vikrant Pawar

Vikrant Pawar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and team management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at Credence Resource Management, LLC since June 2015, Vikrant plays a key role in designing call monitoring formats and ensuring adherence to FDCPA and company quality standards. Prior to this, Vikrant worked as an Assistant Manager at Ceylon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from April 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included fostering a communicative work environment and implementing effective recruitment practices. Starting career as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Vsynergize from November 2006 to November 2011, Vikrant monitored accounts for overdue payments and engaged debtors for resolution.
