Alan Shluzas

Director of Research and Development at Credence Medsystems

Alan Shluzas has over 20 years of experience in the field of research and development. Alan began their career in 1997 as a Development Engineer at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy. In 1999, they moved to Endius Incorporated as a Principal Engineer. In 2006, they became the Director of Research and Product Design at Endius, Inc. and held that role until 2007 when they moved to Zimmer Spine in the same position. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Reprise Technologies LLC and Entourage Medical Technologies Inc. as the Director of Research and Development. In 2013, they joined Credence Medsystems, Inc. as the Director of Research and Development and also became the Founder of Bio1 Systems in 2014.

Alan Shluzas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1997, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanics and Design from the same university in 2001.
