Dalia Mahdy

Non-Executive Board Member at Credence

In her present capacity as Vice Chairman in Charge of Family Council, Dalia Mahdy is the family constitution policies and family business governance. Dalia joined Credence in 2004 as Head of Product Development, undertaking the responsibility of improving the performance of existing establishments.

Prior to joining Credence, she worked for Orascom Telecom as HR Specialist and PepsiCo Egypt as HR Senior Specialist. Her experience at both reputable organizations exposed her to a wide variety of HR strategies and a range of best practices in the elds of HR and organizational development. Dalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Marketing, from the American University in Cairo.
