Ellen van Eycken

Ellen Van Eycken is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management and business partnership. Over a career spanning from 2001 to the present, Ellen has held various roles at Credendo, including HR Business Partner, Talent Management Specialist, and Talent Management Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Stafmedewerker at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and multiple consultant positions at Randstad HR Solutions, where responsibilities included recruiting, employee development, and conducting assessment centers. Ellen also coordinated testing policy as a Test Coordinator at Randstad. Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from KU Leuven, obtained in 1997.
