Kamilla Kasimova

Kamilla Kasimova is a Compliance Assistant at Credendo since May 2023, following a position as a Junior Associate in the Legal Department at Nalog.nl from August 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included legal research and contract drafting in migration and company law, as well as ensuring compliance with the 4th AML Directive for numerous companies. Kamilla participated four times in the prestigious Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, gaining expertise in international law research and memorial drafting. Previous experience also includes roles as a Research & Project Assistant at the National Crime Agency, focusing on Central Asia law enforcement and cybersecurity, and as a Research Assistant at the Center For Policy Research and Outreach. Early career experience includes a legal internship at Kosta Legal Law Firm in Uzbekistan, with a focus on contract drafting and legislative analysis. Kamilla holds an LLM in Public International Law with a Human Rights track from Utrecht University and continues language studies in Dutch.
