Laurens Hendrikx

Laurens Hendrikx has extensive experience in trade credit and political risk insurance, currently serving as an Underwriter and Account Manager at Credendo since August 2016, focusing on account management for Belgian exporters and risk analysis in emerging markets. Prior to this role, Laurens worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Credendo Short-Term Non-EU Risks from September 2012 to July 2016, specializing in risk underwriting for emerging market companies. Laurens began the career with a traineeship in Process & Project Management at BNP Paribas Fortis from July 2011 to September 2012, and also gained international experience while traveling and working in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia between September 2010 and March 2011. Educational qualifications include passing Level II of the CFA Program, alongside multiple degrees in Business Economics, Finance, and Economics from KU Leuven, Institut de Gestion Rennais, and Université de Rennes I, as well as completing secondary education at Humaniora Kindsheid Jesu Hasselt.
