Lloyd Fassett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, product strategy, and talent marketplaces. As Co-Founder of BleBluBla since November 2020, Lloyd helps transform traditional recruitment processes into data-driven solutions. In addition, Lloyd has been providing sourcing and recruitment services as a contractor for Suzanne Gutierrez Consulting, while actively contributing to Credential Engine and the HR Open Standards Consortium in initiatives aimed at enhancing credential transparency and HR data standards. Lloyd's previous roles include Sr. Technical Recruiter at Groundswell, Ecosystem Navigator for HR Tech Advisor, and founder of Azteria. Lloyd holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has a BA in History from the University of Southern California.
