Md Shahnawaz Alam has held various roles in the sales and business development sector. Md started their career in 2018 as a Territory Sales Manager Leader and Territory Sales Manager at RedCarpetUp.com. In 2020, they moved to Diamond Retail Mart Pvt. Ltd. where they served as an Area Sales Manager. In 2021, they began working at PagarBook as a Senior Sales Associate and at Credflow as a Senior Business Development Executive and Inside Sales Team Lead.

Md Shahnawaz Alam completed a Batchelor of Science in Mathematics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga from 2013 to 2016. Md then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University from 2016 to 2018.
