Madeleine Melcher

Madeleine Melcher is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Credible, where responsibilities include leading research initiatives on Student Loan Refinancing, Private Student Loans, and Personal Loans, while conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies. Prior roles include positions as User Experience Researcher II and III with a focus on research methodologies and the creation of research processes and documentation. Previously, Madeleine worked at Northwestern Mutual, conducting comprehensive research on the Financial Planning Experience and engaging in the entire product lifecycle. Early experience includes teaching English to children and participating in a robotics competition at Vassar College, where a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science was earned along with a minor in Hispanic Studies.
