Jeff T.

Jeff T. has extensive experience in data science and machine learning. Jeff began their career as a Data Scientist at KeyBank, where they worked from March 2016 to January 2017. During this time, they focused on improving customer behavioral modeling by analyzing individual customer behaviors and spending activities. Jeff successfully segmented customers using supervised machine learning algorithms.

After KeyBank, Jeff T. joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) as a Data Scientist, starting in January 2017 and ending in May 2018. Here, their role involved improving and optimizing customer behavioral modeling through the analysis of individual customer behaviors and spending activities. Jeff applied supervised machine learning techniques such as regression and classification to enhance customer service and segmentation.

Following their time at IHG™, Jeff T. joined Credibly in May 2018 as a Director of Data Science. Jeff focused on improving the preapproval service integration and performance by performing micro analysis and applying supervised machine learning techniques. Their efforts resulted in a reduction in default rate and an increase in service performance.
