Susana Reis

Susana Reis has extensive work experience in the IT and project management field. Susana is currently working at Banco Credibom SA as the Head of IT Office - Agile and Project Portfolio Management. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operational Transformation Unit at Generali. Susana also worked at Tranquilidade as the IT PMO and Project Management Team Leader and at Açoreana Seguros as the Demand and Project Management Team Leader. Susana Reis started their career at Altran, where they held various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Consultant.

Susana Reis obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Susana has also acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. Susana obtained the certification for Agile Software Development Methodologies - Scrum from Strongstep - Innovation in software quality in January 2015. In October 2013, they completed training programs in Non Verbal Communication and Project Management Fundamentals at PM Simplify. In December 2010, they became a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. Prior to that, they received training in Risk Management in June 2009. Susana also completed training programs in MS SQL Server 2005 - Integration Services and Migration SQL Server 2000 - SQL Server 2005 at Prisma in June 2008 and March 2007, respectively. In February 2007, they completed the Team Leader training at Prisma, and in March 2006, they obtained the Total Project Manager training, also at Prisma.
