Jorge Fernández

Jorge Fernández has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial sector. Jorge started their career in 2006 at Banorte as a Controller Analyst, and later joined TERTIUS in 2008, where they held positions such as Risk Analyst, Risk Sr Analyst, Strategy & Risk Manager, Deputy Director of Control Processes & Information, and Director of Collections & Recovery. In 2017, they joined INVEX Banco as the VP of Corporate Banking, and in 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Crediclub S.A. de C.V.

Jorge Fernández has a strong education history, with a focus on business and management. Jorge obtained their Master of Advanced Management (MAM) degree from the Yale School of Management in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2016, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In 2008, Jorge Fernández earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from the same institution. Jorge began their educational journey by completing their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jorge Fernández has also obtained professional certifications. In May 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® through the Scrum Alliance.
