Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson, CPA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Mark started their career at LaSalle Bank as an Associate Account Manager in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Accountant at Claymore Securities. In 2007, they joined Terra Nova Financial as a Sr Accounting Analyst, later becoming the Director of Accounting and Financial Operations. Mark then moved to Lightspeed Financial in 2010 as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2012, they joined Professional Trading Solutions (f/k/a Lightspeed Financial) as the Controller, and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, they joined Lightspeed Trading as the Chief Financial Officer. Finally, in 2017, they joined Credico as their CFO. Throughout their career, Mark Johnson has gained valuable experience in financial operations, accounting, and financial planning.

Mark Johnson, CPA has a Master's Degree in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Robert Morris University - Illinois, from 2001 to 2005. Mark also holds additional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation in 2011, Series 27, Financial and Operations Principal from FINRA in 2009, and CGMA from AICPA.
