Neil R. Pandey

Neil R. Pandey has worked as a Senior Counsel at Credico from July 2017 to September 2018. Neil R. then served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel from September 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Pugh, Jones & Johnson, P.C. from September 2016 to July 2017, and at Cremer, Spina, Shaughnessy, Jansen & Siegert, LLC from October 2013 to September 2016.

Neil R. Pandey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the American University Washington College of Law, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs/Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, Neil Pandey also obtained two certifications - Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) in December 2023 and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) in December 2022, both from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
