Claudia Haro, CAIA has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Claudia started their career at PwC Peru as a Transfer Pricing Intern in 2005 and worked their way up to becoming a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst. Claudia then moved to PwC Argentina as a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst before eventually becoming a Transfer Pricing Manager at PwC Peru. In 2013, they transitioned to Credicorp Capital where they held several positions, including Buy Side Research Associate and Buy Side Research Senior Associate, where they were responsible for analyzing and monitoring banks and holding companies in the Pacific Alliance region. Most recently, they served as the Credit Risk Vice President at Credicorp Capital, leading a regional team in the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of credit risk for the company's businesses. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated strong analytical skills, presented credit proposals, and provided investment recommendations to portfolio managers.

Claudia Haro, CAIA has a diverse education history. Claudia completed their Global Executive MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) from 2002 to 2006. Claudia also successfully passed the Level I Exam of the CFA Program, although the specific dates are not provided. Additionally, Claudia has obtained several certifications, including being a CAIA Charterholder in 2022, completing the UniFi by CAIA™ Private Debt Microcredential in 2023, and completing the Business Analytics Specialization from Coursera in 2023. In 2018, they acquired the online certification in Value Investing: Making Intelligent Investment Decisions from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
