Héctor Manrique Cifuentes

Héctor Manrique Cifuentes has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Héctor started their career as a Junior Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst at Banco de Crédito BCP, where they focused on continuous improvement and efficiency. Héctor also served as the Deputy Assistant Manager and shared the Efficiency Corporatization program with different companies within the group.

Héctor then co-founded Presidio Gastropub, where they reduced the break-even point through negotiations with suppliers and implemented sales campaigns for special holidays.

Héctor rejoined Banco de Crédito BCP as the Sub Manager of Debt Collection Strategy and later became the Deputy Manager of the Channel of Negotiation and Recovery in the Payments Solutions Division. In these roles, they led teams and implemented strategies to restructure and refinance client debts, preventing defaults and improving portfolio valuation.

Héctor also had an internship at Amazon as an MBA Intern, and most recently, they are working as the Vice President of Planning and Business Intelligence at Credicorp Capital.

Héctor Manrique Cifuentes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management from SDA Bocconi, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
