Rosella Acosta

Rosella Acosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance and total rewards management, currently serving as the Corporate COE Leader at Credicorp since April 2021. Previously, Rosella held various leadership roles at Banco de Crédito BCP from May 2006 to April 2021, including Gerente del Area de Compensacion Total and Gerente del Área de Experiencia del Colaborador. Educationally, Rosella holds an MBA in Administración from Maastricht School of Management, completed a coaching program in Ontological Integral Coaching, and has multiple qualifications from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
