Sam Jacobs

Sam Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Sam co-founded GoodSurv, a mobile application that collected feedback and shared insights with business partners. From 2014 to 2015, Sam worked as a Business Consultant at SJ Consulting, where they implemented growth-hacking strategies and designed analytical workflows. In 2015, Sam joined Credigy as a Business Systems Analyst, responsible for integrating core business processes into a web application. They then progressed to the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst and later became a Product Manager, driving innovation and automation efforts. Currently, Sam holds the position of Associate Director of Cloud Solutions at Credigy.

Sam Jacobs has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from North Dakota State University. In addition to their degree, Sam has obtained several certifications over the years, including certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Jira Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, and Business Analysis. They have also earned certifications in Team Collaboration, Taxonomy and Metadata, ECM Specialist, and as a Certified ScrumMaster.
