Pinak Varu

Pinak Varu has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Head Transactional Legal and Chief Legal Manager at Credila Financial Services Limited from January 2021 to March 2024, specializing in contract negotiation and corporate law. Previously, Pinak held the position of Legal Manager (PAN India) focusing on contract negotiation. At INDIALAW LLP from March 2019 to December 2020, Pinak managed a Criminal litigation team and represented clients in various courts. As an Associate at Lexwork from March 2017 to February 2019, responsibilities included handling Family, Civil, and Criminal matters, along with drafting legal documents and company incorporations. Additionally, Pinak served as a Professor at Navigator tutorials from June 2015 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Mumbai and a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
