Credins Invest sh.a., the Management Company of Pension Funds and Collective Investment Undertakings, is a joint stock company, headquartered in St. “Nikolla Tupe” no. 1, 3rd Floor, Tirana, Albania. The company is registered in the Albanian Commercial Register of the District Court’s Decision No. Tirana. 34260, dated October 31, 2005.

Credins Invest sh.a., is supervised by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority (AFSA), in accordance with the applicable laws no.9572, dated 03.07.2006, “On Financial Supervisory Authority”, and the law no. 10197, dated 10.12.2009, “On Voluntary Pension Funds” and the law no.10198, dated 10.12.2009 “On Undertakings of the Collective Investment”.

Our objectives are:

1. Collection and investment of voluntary pension funds and the performance of pension payments, based on License No 3, issued by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority dated 23.11.2011.
2. Administration of voluntary pension funds and collective investment undertaking’s assets, based on the license No. 3, dated 05.30.2016, issued by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority.

The Management Company currently administers the Voluntary Pension Fund, named Credins Pension, and the Investment Fund, Credins Premium.
