Wendy Rummler

Wendy Rummler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Credit Acceptance since December 2001. In this role, Wendy oversees the strategic direction of Human Resources, focusing on areas such as Team Member Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications. Wendy also holds a background in finance, having served in multiple leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance, with responsibilities encompassing budgeting, financial analysis, and workforce management. Wendy's career began at Arthur Andersen, where foundational roles included Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Tax Analyst. Wendy earned a degree from Central Michigan University between 1995 and 1999.
