Bio MAMA has extensive experience in the field of legal protection and technical management, currently serving as Adjoint au Responsable technique national Protection juridique at Crédit Agricole Assurances since April 2002. Responsibilities include defining and overseeing the claims technical policy for PACIFICA, as well as managing the technical support teams within the Unité de Gestion de Sinistres. Prior roles at Crédit Agricole include Responsable Technique Consommation and Responsable technique, providing support for complex consumer litigation cases. Bio MAMA's legal expertise began as a Juriste in Protection juridique, offering general legal advice and handling judicial cases. Previous experience includes working as a Juriste at the Association Française des Usagers des Banques, focusing on legal consultations related to banking issues. Bio MAMA holds a Maitrise in droit des affaires with an emphasis on fiscal law and a DEA in contract law from Paris-Sud University.
