Federico Fogassi

Federico Fogassi has a diverse work experience in the field of HR, starting in 2007 and continuing to the present. Federico has worked in various positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Manager for both Retail Channel and the Direzioni Centrali, Senior HR for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, and HR Specialist for Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Development. Their responsibilities have included managing the recruitment process, selection of personnel, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and development of employees. Federico has worked for companies like Crédit Agricole Italia, Auchan Retail, Inditex, IEO Istituto Europeo di Oncologia, Rinascente, Linea S.p.A., and Sirti S.p.A.

Federico Fogassi completed their Master's degree in HR Management from ISMO in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Laurea degree in Political Science from the University of Milan in 2006.
