Alex Seale

IT Project Director - Efx Platform Upgrade at Credit Agricole SA London

Alex Seale has a extensive work experience in the finance industry. Alex started their career as an IT Consultant with Price Waterhouse, where they worked on various assignments developing finance solutions for clients. Alex then joined BNP Paribas as a Developer and later became a Development Manager, responsible for credit risk management and the development of a Monte-Carlo engine. Alex also worked at UBS as a Development Manager and Technical Architect in the HR and Compliance IT department.

Moving forward, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Development Manager in the FX Options and Commodities departments, managing teams in New York and London. Alex also served as a Development Manager in FX Sales E-commerce, leading a global team in implementing an FX order management system.

Subsequently, Alex worked at Reuters as a Product Manager for the automated dealing technology product suite, before returning to BNP Paribas as a Program Manager for FX Options and later as a Development Manager for Counterparty Risk, leading a team of IT staff.

Alex then joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking as the Head of E-Distribution IT. Currently, Alex works at Crédit Agricole CIB as an IT Project Director, leading a multi-year investment in eFX technology to protect and grow the FX franchise. Alex is responsible for setting up governance, defining and monitoring roadmaps, and driving the program forward.

From 1987 to 1990, Alex Seale pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering at UCL.
