David John Harris

David John Harris has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as the Director and Global Capital Markets Lead Auditor at Crédit Agricole CIB since March 2020, following a tenure as Assistant Director and Senior Auditor in the same division. Prior roles include Senior Broker in Equity Sales Trading at Gfi Securities Limited from September 2009 to October 2018 and Vice President and Internal Audit Manager at Credit Suisse from September 2001 to May 2009. Harris began a career in auditing at EY, working as a Chartered Accountant and Audit Manager from August 1994 to July 2001. Educational qualifications include an MCSI in Financial Derivatives from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from ICAEW, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton. Additional recognition includes a Commendation Award from the British Physics Olympiad.
