Eric st-Louis

Eric St-Louis has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Desk at Crédit Agricole CIB since February 2009, where responsibilities include managing IT service operations and administration of Windows/Intel servers. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of IT Systems Engineer and IT Support Engineer, providing support to front office and back office desks. Before joining Crédit Agricole CIB, Eric worked as an IT Support Engineer at Amundi from October 2006 to October 2008. Eric holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems from Concordia University.
