Lance Carley

Lance Carley is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Production IT at Crédit Agricole CIB, where responsibilities include ownership of the UK platform and global eTrading platform, along with driving technical improvements and operational efficiency with a budget exceeding $10 million. Prior to this role, Lance served as Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Marex, where development and delivery of the infrastructure transformation strategy were key focuses. Lance's earlier experience includes significant positions at BNP Paribas, where oversight of electronic markets applications and infrastructure spanned multiple global teams, and a technical foundation established through earlier roles as a DBA/PeopleSoft Consultant at Gartmore and Infrastructure Engineer at Bloomberg. Lance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Leeds Beckett University.
