Sanne Kanapathy

Sanne (Posno) Kanapathy is an experienced professional in talent development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development for the Americas at Crédit Agricole CIB. Sanne's prior roles include Associate Director of Talent Development at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Senior Associate in Organizational Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Talent Development Specialist at Luxottica. The career began with an internship in Human Resources focusing on recruiting at Opal Financial Group. Sanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University, obtained in 2015, and completed secondary education at Newton North High School in 2011.
