Sophie S. has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on fixed income sales and rates. Sophie began their career at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst in Institutional Equity Sales in 2002. Sophie then moved on to Mizuho, where they held the role of VP in Fixed Income Sales, specializing in credit. At Mizuho, they built up the Irish client base and covered various fixed income products. Sophie joined Natixis in 2005 as a Director in Fixed Income Sales, primarily focusing on rates and credit in the UK and Ireland. During their time at Natixis, they played a key role in selling covered bonds, European government debt, and vanilla IRS. In 2014, they transitioned to UniCredit, where they held several senior roles, including Head of UK & Ireland Rates Sales and UK & US Institutional Macro Sales. Sophie joined Crédit Agricole CIB in 2022 as Managing Director and Head of Macro Sales.

Sophie S. attended Trinity College, Dublin from 1999 to 2003, where they received a 1st Class Honors degree in BBS, BA. Sophie also holds additional certifications including 15a6 Registration from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, CF30 from the Financial Conduct Authority, and Investment Advisor from BaFin.
