Meenal Sikchi

Meenal Sikchi has had a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as a Production and Planning Officer at ICI India Ltd., where they were involved in research and development of decorative paints and the implementation of MRPII practices. Meenal then worked as an Assistant Manager at National Adhesives And Polymers from 1997 to 1999. In 2003, they joined Tata Economic Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant. Since 2005, Meenal has been working at CARE Ratings Ltd., initially in an analytical role and from February 2012 onwards as a Director. In this role, they are responsible for large corporate business development, client management, revenue targets, training and productivity of the sales force, financial planning and analysis, and brand building activities. Meenal also builds and motivates the sales team and handles client relations and communications.

Meenal Sikchi completed their education at two different institutions. From 1992 to 1995, they attended the University Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Finance.
