Nikunj Dube

Nikunj Dube serves as the Chief Ratings Officer and Director & Head of ESG Ratings at CareEdge Group since December 2023, focusing on ESG ratings, research, and climate risk. Prior to this role, Nikunj was Head of Operations at ESG Risk Assessments & Insights and held the same title at SMERA Ratings, where responsibilities included managing operations, business process improvements, and strategic alliances for SME ratings. Nikunj’s previous experience encompasses leadership positions at Acuité Ratings & Research Limited, Value Rating Advisors LLP, Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd., and CARE Ratings, where expertise in credit ratings, business development, and sector analysis was honed. An education background includes business management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and multiple finance and strategy degrees from Macquarie Business School, along with ongoing studies in Technology Management at KPMG Learning Academy.
