Donal Smith

Donal Smith is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Credit Benchmark. Donal has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Credit Benchmark, they were the CEO of Data Explorers, a provider of global securities data and analytics. Donal also served as the Chairman of BI-SAM, a software company that provides performance measurement and attribution solutions for the asset management industry. In addition, they were a Partner at Camwell Management LLP, a financial services consulting firm. Mr. Smith has also served on the board of several public companies, including Trinity Mirror Group PLC and Selerity.

Donal Smith has a B.A. in Theirtory of Art & English Literature from University College Dublin.
