Debbie McQuaid has extensive experience in collections and operations management, currently serving as an Operations Specialist and Collections Manager at Credit Control, LLC since May 2012, overseeing client placements and employee performance. Prior to this role, Debbie held various positions at Bank of America from March 1980 to March 2011, culminating in the role of Vice President, where responsibilities included the recovery of charged-off accounts, hiring, and process management. Additionally, Debbie served as Legal Support Manager - Assistant Vice President, managing legal support for banking centers, and held numerous roles in collections and recovery throughout their career at Bank of America. Education was completed at Cahokia High School.
