Ife' Amao is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Credit Direct Limited since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ife' has held various HR positions at companies such as Trellis tsl, Polaris Bank Ltd., SystemSpecs Group, Rensource Energy, FrieslandCampina, PONTI & CO. ITALWARE LTD, and Odu'a Investment Company Limited. Ife' has experience in talent strategy, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and operations. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Business School Netherlands, a Leadership Development Program from Hult Ashridge, and a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM). A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication was obtained from Bowen University Iwo.
